There's a double bed and a sofa bed in the room. Each room has a balcony with a side sea view.

Each of our rooms has all the facilities you need for a comfortable holiday: free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, fridge, electric kettle. We have warm floor heating system, so you will feel warm and comfortable in winter time.

There's a shower, hair dryer, free shampoo, soap, and shower gel in the private bathroom.

We provide our guests with bed sheets, slippers, bath and beach towels.

There's a reception and our team will be happy to help you anytime.

*Smoking is allowed ONLY on the balcony. All the rooms are non-smoking.
*There is free Internet access in each room.
*House-keeping service is provided once every 2 days free of charge.
*If you are booking a room for a month or more, please ask about house-keeping. It's not included into the price, or included once a week.
*As for meals, guests have a possibility to order breakfast at the reception for additional payment (15 lari per person).
*Coffee can be ordered any time (3-5 lari).
