Kartli cuisine is famous for its soups. Here you will taste bread cul stew of meat boiled with cherry-plums, rice and salad herbs, gholo and shindi. The locals use a variety of herbs, pickles and vegetables in their dishes. Fruit growing is also developed in the region.
