- Shiomgvime - feudal one of the outstanding religious and cultural center. According to historical records, the monastery was founded by Assyrian father's pupil Shio, in VI century. Father Shio, according to his will, buried right in Shiomgvime Monastery and the tomb was declared as a holy place in Shiomgvime.
- Mtskheta - the ancient capital of Georgia, from where the Georgian civilization starts. Mtskheta and The Great Mtskheta area was inhabited as early as the early and middle Bronze Age (III-II millennium BC). Mtskheta was the cradle of Christianity in Georgia and the Christian religion in the 12th century.
- Jvari Monastery (Holy Cross Monastery) - one of the great monuments of Georgian architecture, stands on top of the mountain, the rivers Mtkvari and Aragvi. Adoption of Christianity by King Mirian III- has a wooden cross erected in place of the worship of other Christian nations. Jvari Monastery in Mtskheta, is included in UNESCO World Heritage list.
- Svetitskhoveli Cathedral - the first wooden church was built in the time of King Mirian, the Vakhtang Gorgasali built basilica of large stone church, at the end of V century. And the current large Cathedral was built in 1010-1029 years by an architect named Arsukidze led by Catholicos Melchizedek. During its existence, the church has repeatedly threatened to destroy : the earthquakes and enemy invasions, but it still stands proudly in the sky curdled, by its beauty and long history.
- The Samtavro Convent – from this sacred place preached St.Nino The Christ’s law to the people of Georgia. Samtavro monastery foundation date 1820 year should be considered. The current complex includes a small church, which is considered to be the church of St. Nino; and the temple, which was built in XI century, I half.
